Reasons to sign up

You don’t need an account to look around or even to attend the events and Frame is free to use. There are three reasons why you would want to register:

  • Personalising your experience- setting your preferences to focus on events you like and signing up to the newsletter.
  • Working with us- instructors and organisers need to be verified before creating or planning events.
  • Levelling up your skills- if you decide to join our awesome community and start our training programme.

Registration

To register, you’ll need to have access to an email address or Google account. Once you’ve created a secure password then you’ll need to activate your account by following the link you received in your email inbox. If you haven’t received the link then please check your spam/junk folder.


Forgotten Password

When you go to sign in, select “Forgot?” and enter the email address you used to create your account. Check your inbox and follow the instructions to create a new password. If you haven’t received the link then please check your spam/junk folder.

Account Types


All users

Everyone can browse events and organisers for free forever. We want to make it easy to find and attend events in your local area.


Rider

Once you register, you’ll become a rider or unverified instructor. This gives you the ability to show interest in an event, set your preferences and sign up to newsletters to get events directly in your inbox. It also gives you access to our introductory training modules to develop your skills and maybe even start your journey to becoming a professional!


Verified Instructor

Our verification process is a one-time check to see whether you’re eligible to work at events. If you have a recent profile photo, photo ID (to check who you are), a current nationally recognised qualification like the L2AICT and a recent First Aid certificate then you’ll pass and can get working right away. Organiser Admin

If you want to create events to show off on our platform or look for instructors to work at them, you’ll need to create an organiser page and get it verified. For more information, head to the Working with us section.
